Additional Room

For additional accommodation to increase the Cottage bed spaces for larger parties, an additional room is available at first floor level. It is accessed through the same external front door as the Cottage, which leads to the communal foyer. When it is not being used to extend the Cottage facilities, it is let out separately on a room-only basis at £30 per night or £200 per week when booked along with the cottage. The room has a double bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, WiFi access, small fridge and Tea and Coffee making facilities. “Room 3” has stunning views over Belfast Lough.

Private Entrance

The Cottage has its own private entrance off the foyer and “Room 3″(named because the Cottage contains Rooms 1 and 2) is accessed by a short staircase leading from the foyer. This provides larger parties renting the cottage the flexibility to let an additional room to accommodate larger groups and provide more space. Room 3 is charged separately to the cottage, and at a discounted rate for those booking it to increase Cottage accommodation.
