Of note is the antique range stove in the dining area (no longer in use!) which is real talking point for guests interested in a bit of Irish culinary history!

This house combines traditional and modern styles to create a cosy home from home, despite being quite large. Well behaved pets are welcome. Guests are asked to keep pets off soft furnishings.

The house has its own separate large living room with a combination of leather and fabric seating to create a comfortable, relaxing quiet space, or a room where the whole family can congregate to watch TV.

It has a small galley kitchen which leads onto a large dining area, which is spacious and ideal for entertaining.

The house sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There’s a large master double bedroom, and two good sized twin rooms.

Towels and bed linen are provided.

The outside space is spacious and has a picnic table, where guests can enjoy picnics in the summer months.

Living Accommodation

Spacious yet cosy and tastefully decorated with a combination of leather and fabric couches and chairs which seat up to 8 people in case guests want to invite visitors over. The living room has a traditional feature fireplace, which is no longer used, instead there is a wood burner effect stove for cosy evenings in the living room. There’s a TV and books in the bookcase that guests are welcome to use. Local art adorns the walls and will hopefully give guests a few ideas of places to visit during their stay. Free WIFI.

Ideal for tourists, visitors, business employees requiring short to long term stays. As well as the close proximity to the amenities the town centre has to offer, the house is a 10-15 minute stroll from the scenic coastal path and playpark at Seapark, and guests are ideally placed to explore the rest of North Down, Belfast and beyond, as access to transport, both bus and rail, is a 5 minute walk from the Townhouse.

The kitchen is a modern and stylish, galley style kitchen with dishwasher, washer / tumble dryer / fridge freezer / microwave etc. It is well stocked with a wide variety of equipment and utensils for self-catering stays. The kitchen leads on to a spacious rear patio area, where there is a picnic table – ideal for summer BBQ’s. There is a small gated front garden.

If travelling without a car, guests are free to explore the town of Holywood and its surroundings easily on foot. The house is walking distance from train / bus / taxi stops and ideal for visiting tourists, who want to explore the scenic coastal path and beaches of Holywood or people who are working in the area and making their daily business commute.

Around the Town

The house is a 2-3 minute walk from Holywood’s busy town centre, yet is located on a quiet residential stretch of Church Road. Guests can usually find car parking space in the road outside the house, but if not, there’s a public car park just 2 minutes walk from the house where guests can park their car for a small charge between the hours of 8am and 6pm and no charge outside these hours.
