This house combines traditional and modern styles to create a cosy home from home, despite being quite large. Well behaved pets are welcome. Guests are asked to keep pets off soft furnishings.

The house has its own separate large living room with a combination of leather and fabric seating to create a comfortable, relaxing quiet space, or a room where the whole family can congregate to watch TV.

It has a small galley kitchen which leads onto a large dining area, which is spacious and ideal for entertaining.

The house sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There’s a large master double bedroom, and two good sized twin rooms.

This house benefits from having 2 bathrooms upstairs, with 2 walk in showers and a separate bath and a downstairs toilet and wash hand basin, making it ideal for people in a rush to get out in the mornings! Towels and bed linen are provided.

The outside space is spacious and has a picnic table, where guests can enjoy picnics in the summer months.

Living / Dining

Open plan area, tastefully decorated with leather couch and chairs, and leather dining chairs and tasteful soft furnishings to create a relaxing ambiance. The house has a number of traditional fireplaces, which are no longer used, instead there is a remote controlled wood burner effect stove for cosy evenings in the living room, and the fireplaces are a lovely feature in the dining room and bedrooms. Kitchen / Outside

The kitchen is a modern and stylish, galley style kitchen with dishwasher, washer / tumble dryer / fridge freezer / microwave etc. It is well stocked with a wide variety of equipment and utensils for self-catering stays. The kitchen leads on to a very small secure back yard. It is small, but its South facing and catches the sun in the summer! There’s enough space for a couple of chairs and a BBQ of for e.g. bicycle storage.


The house sleeps 8 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms. There’s 2 x twin rooms (2 single beds in each) and 2 x double rooms (double bed in each).


The shared bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower.


Accommodation is located in the heart of Holywood, approximately a 1-2 minute walk from the town centre and is ideal for commuting to Belfast, North Down or as a base from which to explore the rest of the province.


Excellent transport links, road, rail, sea and air. This house is a great option for those travelling without a car due to its proximity to the town centre. For those bringing a car to Holywood, we do not have a designated parking space, however the house is located on a residential street, where roadside parking is permitted, and guests can usually find a parking space nearby with little difficulty. There is also a public car park on Church Road, a 1-2 minute walk from the house.
